41 satellites with one Rocket! China has created a new record in the history of multiple satellites with one rocket!
At 13:30 on June 15, 2023, at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in China, the CZ-2D rocket successfully sent 41 Changguang satellites into the predetermined orbit. The launch mission was a complete success and created a new historical record for Chinese launch of multiple satellites with one Rocket.
EMPOSAT provides TT&C services for these 41 satellites.
During the orbiting phase of the satellite, Hainan Station and Southeast Asia Station of EMPOSAT provided satellite and rocket separation, TT&C services for 8 satellites, and successfully ensured that the satellites entered orbit smoothly; In the first round of missions, Xinjiang Station, Ningxia Station and other sets of equipment provide TT&C services for 12 satellites. In the future, it will continue to provide TT&C and data transmission services for 41 satellites.
Recently, EMPOSAT completed the Pre-B round of financing of nearly 200 million RMB. In the future, the company will continue to strengthen the construction and layout of the global ground station network, and increase capital investment in the research and development of key technologies for spacecraft on-orbit transportation management and key equipment for ground systems.
Constellation intelligent operation and management, space situational awareness and collision warning, satellite-ground integrated communication equipment, satellite data communication security, satellite TT&C system intelligent identity authentication, etc., will all become the focus of breakthroughs.
Up to now, EMPOSAT has accumulatively provided services for 266 satellites/rockets.
